(1) SETAC member registration fees are only for members whose membership is active till at least the last day of the annual meeting.

(2) HIC (High Income) student, LIC (Low Income) or LUMIC (Lower and Upper Middle Income) regular or student members and non-members living and residing in countries as listed by the World Bank.
(3) Students (BSc, MSc and PhD students; valid confirmation of student status needs to be filled out in the SETAC profile).
Eurotox members who are not a member of SETAC are entitled to a 10% reduction on the SETAC (student) non-member fee. Contact your national society to get your promo code and registration instructions or contact Ellaine Ferrioli from the Eurotox secretariat if you are a member of Eurotox. Promo codes can be requested as from 15 February and are valid till 13 March 2023 for in-person registration and 14 April 2023 for virtual registration.
Registration and Cancellation Policies
Registration and payment policy
One registration must be completed by each attendee.
- A combi-fee is one fee combining payment for SETAC membership for one year AND registration for the SETAC Europe 33rd Annual Meeting (either virtual or in-person).
- Member registration fees are only valid if your membership is at least active till 31 May 2023. Log in to www.setac.org, and go to Manage Profile –> Membership Card, to find out until when your membership is active.
Your full in-person meeting registration includes admission to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome ceremony and reception on Sunday, AND access to the virtual platform.
Your one-day in-person meeting fee includes admission to onsite sessions, lunch and coffee break on the specific registration date. This registration option does not include access to the virtual platform.
Your virtual meeting registration includes live-streaming of all sessions, plenaries and topical discussions, on-demand admission to all presentations and posters available on the virtual platform and Q&A chat options with presenters.

*Due to the capacity restraints of the Convention Centre of Dublin and with the aim of providing a quality meeting for all onsite participants, late registration will not be offered. We have reached the maximum number of participants allowed for the in-person meeting at the Convention Centre Dublin and are no longer accepting registrations for the on-site event. Registration onsite in Dublin will also not be possible. Registration for the online meeting (virtual participation) is possible at all times.
- In order to be eligible for the early registration fees, the participant must be registered by 13 March 2023 and the payment MUST be received by 30 March 2023.
- Non-Payment by this date and if no purchase order is provided in the registration, will result in meeting cancellation (see cancellation policy for further information).
- Payments by credit card ( ) are strongly preferred. Card details can be submitted during the online registration process, or after the registration via the registration platform.
- Early bird registration payments can also be made by bank transfer. Bank details can be found on the invoice.
- Cheques will not be accepted.

Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of your presentation does not automatically result in cancellation of your registration and vice versa.
- Cancellations for registrations must be received in writing to the SETAC Europe Office.
- If we have not received your Early bird registration payment by 30 March and there is no purchase order filled out in your registration, your registration will be cancelled without cost.

- Registrations are not transferable to another participant.
- Membership dues are not subject to cancellation. If you are registered with a combi-fee, the equivalent of the membership dues will be retained or due and your membership remains valid until one year from the date of registering or until one year from the date of expiration of your current membership.
- Payments are non-transferable to another meeting or membership.
- In case of cancellation of the event in Dublin due to acts of war, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, or imposed restrictions due to communicable diseases, the meeting will be organised as a virtual event. In-person registrations will automatically be transferred to online registrations.
- Refunds, if any, will be made after the meeting.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian Law.
You will be asked to consent to these terms during meeting registration.
Failte Ireland requires that SETAC informs all intending delegates in advance that their verification of attendance will be shared with the sponsor (Failte Ireland). Failte Ireland will retain the delegate’s personal data (name, affiliation, country and email address) for a maximum of 12 months or until the completion of the external audit relating to that year whichever is the latter. Thereafter, the details will be destroyed in a secure manner.
