Registration deadlines:

  • 4 March 2020: Early registration deadline for delegates, presenters and session chairs (deadline 04 March 23:59 CET)
  • 1 April 2020: Payment deadline early bird: in order to remain eligible for the early bird registration, payment must be RECEIVED by 01 April 2020.
  • 1 April 2020: Deadline late registration
  • As from 2 April 2020: online registration possible at onsite fees
  • 26 April 2020: Online registration closes
  • 3–7 May 2020: Onsite registration at the SETAC Europe 30th Annual Meeting in Dublin

Full meeting registration fees

A discount* is available for Eurotox members who are not a member of SETAC. Contact your national society to get your promo code and registration instructions or contact Ellaine Ferrioli from the Eurotox secretariat if you are an individual member of Eurotox. Promo codes can be requested as from 3 February and are valid till 26 April.

* 100 euro reduction on the non-member full meeting registration for regular members. 70 euro reduction on the full student non-member fee for student members(3).

(1) SETAC member registration fees are only for members whose membership is active till at least the last day of the Annual Meeting.

(4) A combi-fee is only available for (new) members in Africa, Europe, Middle-East and Russia. The combi fee is one combined fee covering SETAC membership and SETAC Annual meeting registration.

(1) SETAC member registration fees are only for members whose membership is active till at least the last day of the Annual Meeting.

  • One online registration must be completed by each attendee.
  • Registrations are non-transferable.
  • combi-fee is only available for (new) members in Africa, Europe, Middle-East and Russia. The combi fee is one fee combining payment for SETAC membership for one year AND registration for the SETAC Dublin meeting.
  • Member registration fees are only valid if your membership is at least active till the last day of the Annual Meeting.You can find out till when your membership is active when you log in to www.setac.org, go to Manage Profile – Membership Card
  • Even if your registration is completed and paid, you can still add items via the SETAC Europe Store.
  • Your full conference registration includes admission to all platform and poster sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception on Sunday, printed programme book and electronic version of abstracts (short + extended, available as downloadable pdf).
  • One day conference fees include the printed programme book, electronic version of abstracts (short  + extended, available as downloadable pdf), platform and poster sessions, lunch and coffee break on the specific registration date.

Important registration deadlines:
27 January 2020: opening online registration.
4 March 2020: early bird registration deadline
1 April 2020: late registration deadline and payment deadline early bird registrations.
2 April 2020: online registration at onsite fees.
26 April 2020: last day to register online.
3–7 May 2020: onsite registration.

  • In order to be eligible for the early registration fees, the participant must be registered by 4 March 2020 and the payment MUST be received by 1 April 2020. If payment is received after this date, the increased fees are due.
  • In case you have not received a receipt from SETAC before the conference date, we kindly ask you to bring proof of payment to the meeting. If no payment was received and no proof of payment can be shown, the registration fee MUST be paid on site!
  • Invoices are sent via e-mail and can be consulted online at any time. A printed copy of the invoice can be received upon request.
  • Payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX) are strongly preferred. Card details can be submitted during the online registration process, or after the registration via the SETAC Europe payment website.
  • Payments can also be made by bank transfer (mind the deadlines, it can take several days to reach the SETAC bank account!). Bank details can be found on the invoice. Cheques will not be accepted.

  • Registration cancellations must be received in writing by mail to the Veerle Vandeveire.
  • If you cancel your registration by 13 March 2020, a cancellation fee of 50 Euro will be charged.
  • A 250 euro cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received after 13 March 2020 (100 euro for One Day or training course only registrations).
  • For cancellations after 26 April the full registration fee remains due.
  • Membership dues are not subject to cancellation. if registered with a combi-fee, the equivalent of the membership dues will be retained and your membership remains valid until one year from the date of registering or until one year from the date of expiration of your current membership.
